Programs
Beginner Class
4 week sessions - Items needed: Any bike in working order will do, if you are interested but do not have a bike, please contact us. (We have several gently used bikes for sale/rent), helmet, beach towel or yoga mat, hand weights. This class is for those who want to recall the joy of riding a bike. I will help you achieve e new level of fitness while having fun.
3x a week (M, W, F)
6:00 to 7:00 a.m
Intermediate Class
4 week sessions - Members should be able to ride for at least 40 minutes without stopping. This class is designed for road bikes and hybrids - you will need at least 7 gears to get the most from this class (helmets are required). Items needed: Bike, helmet, beach towel or yoga mat.
3x a week (T, Th, Sat)
6:00 to 7:00 a.m.
Advanced Class
4 week sessions - This is a class designed for those with considerable road cycling experience. Road or Tri bikes are required as well as helmets and water bottles. We will meet two times a week and will ride for 1 to 2 hours (depending on our stage of training). I will also provide a training schedule for day 3 that you will complete on your own. We will work on race pace, intervals, sprints, hills and strength training on the bike. Since this class is quite specialized please come with an event in mind to train for (at least 1-5 months out). - Fee $160
Small Group - Individualized:
Gather a group of your friends together who have similar fitness goals in mind. Groups will be 2-7 members. We will work on cardio, strength and flexibility. These sessions will be either 6 or 8 weeks long and will meet at 9:30 am or 6:30 pm three times a week. - call for more information and pricing.
One on One:
I will come to you, at times and on days that work best for both of us. I will work with you to determine your goals and I will create a program designed just for you. We will work on cardio, strength and flexibility to achieve overall health. These sessions can be purchased for 4 to 12 workouts. Discounts are available for purchases of more than 4 sessions with prepayment.
Nutrition:
Are you clueless about what to buy at the grocery store? Is shopping a challenge because foods in their pretty packaging keep you from sticking to your list? Is it difficult for you to find foods to keep you satisfied and still taste good? I can help! We will meet at your favorite grocery store and will spend 60 minutes perusing the aisles teaching you how to shop for nourishment. - Fee $20
Body Assessment:
We will measure height, weight; we will take several measurements, which we will re-check, every four weeks, body fat composition, and resting heart rate. We will discuss where you are currently and where you want to be. We will set up mini and long-term weight loss goals. We will discuss sports nutrition. - Fee $20
